Damages and Replacement
Here are some basic rules for refunds/replacements:
- If anything breaks during shipping, please contact me (with picture proof of the broken item, packaging, and shipping label) and I will send a replacement/refund. Please, contact me for additional details if this happens. However, do please keep in mind how hard I've worked on these and your own morals if you broke them on purpose.
- Customized items cannot be refunded unless broken in shipping.
- Minor variations/color changes are not damages. These figurines are all handmade, and even though I try to keep everything perfect, I cannot. So please consider this, and handle the charms with care.
- If you have missing items are incorrect items, please contact me within 3 days.
- If the item is lost while in transit, show proof and I will offer a replacement.
- If anything breaks after use, I cannot make sure that you will get a replacement. However, I will try to give you a partial refund/ other compensation, but I will have to take account the details that requires proof. Please reach out to me if anything of the sort happens.
- Keep in mind that my items are not unbreakable, and these all took hours and hours of my time, so please treat them with respect as much as possible. If anything at all happens, please contact me. Thank you <3
